Geocache Description:


W.J. Hayes State Park is located on the southern shore of Wamplers Lake and located in the heart of the Irish Hills, which known for its 52 inland lakes and rolling hills. The 78-acre park offers a modern campground, a large swimming area, two boat launches, a fishing pier, trails, a picnic shelter, interpretive programs and more. In addition, there are opportunities for geocaching, metal detecting and much more. Known as the Irish Hills, the area is reminiscent of Ireland, with its rolling hills and natural green beauty.
