DO NOT GO UP THE STAIRS!! There is NOTHING up there you need to see/do/or otherwise fool with. It is a private apartment that has nothing to do with this cache.
The log can be retrieved with your fingers. You just have to be patient and go at it slowly and gently. A ToTT would be a help, though.
When you put the log back, please ensure you put it back slowly and gently, the way you found it. Not the way that's easiest for you.
Do not expect a Park and Grab. This isn't one. If you're in a hurry, this is simply not the cache for you.

We've been coming out to Westport every summer for Rusty Scupper Pirate Daze for several years. And every year, I thought about placing a cache at this spot. But, I couldn’t figure where and what. Finally, that’s solved. The container was a gift from Goblindust, and the property owner is a friend of ours.
It’s a pretty straightforward hide, one most of us have seen before. The location is pretty Muggle-intensive, so stealth is very important here.
Please Don't post any images of the container or it's location. Any photos that I believe may be spoilers will be removed, with no warning.
Also, please don't leave any hints about the location in your log.
