This cache is located along the Mathew McGee Nature Trail behind the Coastal Interpretive Center in Ocean Shores. Note that the surrounding area may become flooded after several days of heavy rain.
While you're in the area, don't miss the opportunity to visit the Center which highlights the local history and environment, and has some amazing displays for such a small "museum". It is open weekends only, from October thru May, then 7 days a week between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Their hours are always 10am to 4pm.

Most of the volunteers in the Interpretive Center are aware the cache exists, but do not know its location, so don't bother asaking them.
