Geocache Description:

For our twenty-seventh cache, maccamob visited yet another part of our nearest river. Think of cool water, green ferns, whispering tall trees and there you are, not far from this river's source.

Meditate and relax, calm your stress levels and rely on instinct to seek the cache which, in keeping with this mood, presides over its watery realm in stony silence. The container is a 1 litre clip-top plastic box. As usual, please make sure you return the cache to its exact hiding place, use the same hiding method and ensure that it does not stand out to passers-by before you leave.

Coordinates updated 19 September 2002. On a bad day, the geography and the vegetation here can conspire to produce a big EPE, from about 10m at best, to over 30m at worst. Two new averaged readings at the cache site were reasonably close to the original coordinates, but all three pointed to the opposite side of the river. We moved just a couple of metres to the other side of the cache and got several much better results (with an EPE around 9m) which we averaged. Very strange. The effect is a shift of about 25m and should put you on the correct side of the river. Our apologies, and we've expanded the hint.
