Kätkö sijaitsee entisen Kuusjoen kunnan Pappilan kylässä. Paikalla virtaavan Moitaojan varressa kätkön tuntumassa on aikoinaan sijainnut mylly, minkä vanhat kartat ja lähistöltä jokin aika sitten löytynyt myllynkiven pala todistavat. Koski on ollut jo pidempään suosittu "nähtävyys", sillä tien puoleisella kallionkyljellä on (sammalien alla) useita kävijöiden kaiverruksia eri vuosikymmeniltä. Osa kaiverruksista on jäljitettävissä tiettyihin henkilöihin, mutta eräs kaiverrus on edelleen mysteeri. Sen tekijästä, iästä ja "sisällöstä" ei ole saatu selvyyttä.
Puronvarsi on ollut kätkön tekijälle mieluisa leikkipaikka lapsuudessa, ja sitä onkin monet kerrat kuljettu ystävien kanssa tutkimusmatkoille. Vanha kivinen siltarakennelma on ollut mielenkiintoinen, ja lähistöllä sijaitseva siirtolohkare ja sen alta pulppuava oranssi mönjä ovat saaneet mielikuvituksen laukkaamaan.
Itse kätkö on sijoitettu hieman sivummalle purosta, koska kevättulvat toisinaan nostavat veden jopa viereisen sillan yli ja voivat viedä purkin mukanaan. Risteyksen tuntumasta pitäisi löytyä hieman parkkitilaa, mutta jätäthän myös metsätien avoimeksi, jotta maanomistajat pääsevät tiluksilleen. Hieman kauempaa löytyy toinen tienhaara, johon ainakin suuremman maavaran ajoneuvoilla pitäisi pystyä pysäköimään.

The cache is located in Pappilankylä, a part of the former Kuusjoki commune. Along the Moitaoja stream a water mill existed at some point in time, giving the name for the small rapids. This is confirmed by markings in old maps and a somewhat recently found piece of the milling stone. The rapids have been a favoured spot for visitors for some time, and you can still find engravings by visitors from past decades on the surface of the bedrock toward the road (now covered by moss). Many of the engravings can be tracked down to the people who made them, but there is one that still remains a mystery. There is no conclusion of its maker, age or 'content', as the curly letters have not been deciphered yet.
The cacher found the stream and its surroundings to be a pleasant playground in his childhood, and he has been on many adventures there with friends. The old stone bridge has been very interesting, and a nearby boulder that has orange goo surfacing from under it has excited the imagination.
The cache itself is placed a little ways from the stream, because spring floods sometimes flow over the road and could carry the cache away. There should be parking space near the fork in the road, but please keep the smaller road to the forest open for land-owners. A little further along the road there is a small junction, where cars with a higher clearance could probably be parked.
