Geocache Description:

This is a gadget cache placed in Cornwall Park by the Cornwall Park Trust.

Can you solve the puzzle to find the log and sign it?

“A group of four friends spread out to explore different parts of Cornwall Park to
see what birds they could find there. When they came back an hour later each
had seen an interesting bird. Mike said he saw a black bird with a white feather
on its throat. The bird was getting nectar from flowers. Lynne said the most
interesting bird she had seen was a pīpīwharauroa. Jesse said her bird was on
the ground. It had a black feather on top of its head. Rosie’s bird was small and
flitted close to her. She said its tail was like a fan.”

Our thanks to Gorbygorbachov for his time and skill in constructing this
incredible geocache container, GeoRick for planning the project and potter/sculptor Peter Lange for creating the beautiful roof to match Huia Lodge.
