Had a chance to get into cold springs canyon today to check up on my caches post fire and all but one was gone. So in keeping with the OOTA (out of the ashes) theme this cache replaces a burned up cache. As of the time I submitted this cache (7-1-19) the trail head on Mountian road is closed so to get this one leagally you would have to park on Gibraltar road and hike down West Cold Springs trail to find this cache. The trail itself in the lower canyon is in great shape.
Update 7-78-2020: The trail head on Mountian Dr is open, this cache is an easy walk from that location.
