you are within the walls of what was once a cottage.
the cottage was once a gatehouse, the tolls collected used for the upkeep of the adjacent medival bridge. the cottage never had electricity nor water or sanitation but was lived in and not demolished untill the 1960`s after the family had caught Typhoid fever. the inhabitants would fish from their bedroom windows!
