Scout is one of our rescue dogs, found mistreated in KWT in a gutter. In 2017, as a 8 month old puppy ,he had his right femur head removed. We spent 4 weeks walking him past this spot every day. In July 2019 he had his left hip operated on and yet again the rehab walks started. This is his favorite spot to get his treat and play a little.
