Geocache Description:

Pilot Bay Penisula, near the water, but rating reflects the more difficult overland route along a well established trail system.

Boomers Landing cache is in a Tupperwear serving container with a lid. It originally contained: Key locker, mind magic game, child's toy game, knife & hook sharpener, toy woodpecker (I think), Lethbridge Pin, coin holder, bungie cord, Grandpa doll, Swiss army knife (wannabe), 2 eggs with bears inside, log book & pencil.

The easiest way to land this cache is by water. However, if you are afoot and enjoy hiking, this peninsula is a wonderful way to spend the day on the trails. Access also by the Laketrail, or Boomers Landing Recreation Trail.
