BYOP – this cache a preform tube - it has a water resistant log, if you find it damp just dry it with a cloth. REMEMBER - Gel pens and waterproof paper don't live together well.

NOTICE at time of hiding my advice would be to walk from the beginning of the new road. It really isn't too far!
I think it would be wise to avoid the hills they are steep and would be very slippery if it got wet.
