The coordinates will take you behind Paris United Methodist Church. You may park on Caldwell Street just about anytime, but you may have an issue finding a spot on Sunday mornings

It would be a spoiler to say what you were looking for, but it is small, so bring a pen. JShulse is the Music Director here, and has secured permission from the Board of Trustees to place the cache.
