Interessante come buon esempio di architettura novecentesca è il Tempio di S. Martino che ricorda - facendo eco al nome stesso del paese - il culto intenso e assai diffuso nella zona nei confronti del santo di Tours.
Finito di costruire il 27 luglio 1927 sul luogo dell’oratorio danneggiato irreparabilmente nel 1918 dalle bombe del nostro esercito.
All’interno del Tempio vi é una piccola urna contenente vari nomi di persone estratti da quelle coppie che chiedono a San Martino la grazia di avere figli impegnandosi poi, a grazia ricevuta, di imporre al neonato il nome estratto. L’usanza é documentata fin dal maggio 1743 ma la sua origine si perde nella notte dei tempi ed ancor oggi decine di coppie, provenienti da molto lontano, si recano al tempio per questo motivo.

Inside the Temple there is a small urn containing various names of people extracted from those couples who ask San Martino for the grace of having children and then committing themselves, with the grace received, to impose the extracted name on the newborn. The custom has been documented since May 1743 but its origin is lost in the mists of time and even today dozens of couples, coming from far away, go to the temple for this reason.
