This cache is a small lock n lock container, and is not placed inside the nearby library, and please do not night cache! Visiting outside the library hours are fine, but no caching at night please. This cache was placed with permission.
The nearby library was built in 1911, and other than a library, the building was also used as a base for the American Red Cross during an influenza outbreak in 1917, as well as once being used as a gym.
Nearby the cache, the Johnson County Honor Roll also stands, commemorting the veterans of Johnson County, as well as a few interesting plaques around the square.
