This cache is located around the Spangler's Mill Bridge, which crosses over the Yellow Breeches Creek.
The Yellow Breeches Creek originates on South Mountain, in Michaux State Forest in the Cumberland Valley. From there, the Yellow Breeches meanders 56 miles through the Valley's farmland, forested areas and suburbs, and joins the Susquehanna River near New Cumberland, PA. The creek is great for bird-watching, fishing, paddling, tubing and sightseeing.
The cache is hidden amongst the construction work that was finished in 2018/2019 as part of the Cumberland County Rapid Bridge Replacement Program, which was an initiative to replace 558 aging bridges throughout Pennsylvania.
HAPPY HUNTING!
Also, pretty self-explanatory but I'll just mention it on here: you cannot solely go off the Google maps real picture because that picture is BEFORE the recent bridge maintenance!
