Papes, for the Newsies!

is a line from a character named Wiesel or Weasel from the hit broadway musical "Newsies"

Newsies is a hit broadway musical about a group of newsboys in Manhattan, NY striking against the newspaper publisher of The World; Mr. Pulitzer because of unfair raises of the newspapers. Newsies is a musical with big dance numbers such as the songs "Seize the Day" and "King of New York"

I picked the spot because this spot for the cache is near a newspaper cart. It also near the CIBC Theatre where the musical Newsies could be performed.
