Going in circles again Traditional Cache

This was my first geocache find. It was a rock so I had to do something equally as cool. (not rock-like)  It was the beginning of my addiction. I found it while it was raining so it was fitting that it was raining when I placed it also. It's curbside parking. I hid one like this in the past it was muggled. I am hoping this one survives a little longer.
