This is the Bonus of the Exeter - A Tale As Old As Time Adventure Lab series, which can be found on the Adventure Labs App. The cache can be found in the city centre and to gain access to the final location, you must have completed the Adventure labs series.
The location is accessable 24/7 however, it is best attempted in the evening or at the weekend due to overlooking muggles
