Join me at Schodack Island State Park from 6:30-8pm to relax, chat, and listen to music. On Friday evenings, the park has live music and a concession stand. I will nab a picnic table as a base for the group. You may want to bring a lawn chair and any alcoholic beverages that you desire. The concession stand offers things such as burgers, hotdogs, fried dough, soda, and water for nominal fees, but you are also welcome to bring your own dinner or snacks.
I had such a good time Hangin' on the Hudson on July 11, that it was difficult for me to leave. I thought we shouldn't wait so long to do it again. I'm planning to just chill. If you have more time and energy, there are many caches both on the island and off (via kayak.)
