Around where I have placed this geocache, there used to be a makeshift cabin constructed out of fallen trees & large branches. I always wondered if someone actually lived there, sleeping in the woods night after night & hiding out during the day. Most likely it was a fort built by a few ambitious teens, owing to the bed & pillows that were sitting inside of this little bungalow. As my memory serves me, it was only there for a few weeks before the park district tore it down. Never did see anyone come in or out of it, but it was still a cool little place to hangout during summer break. Have fun finding this one! It Is only about 30ft off the trail & should be pretty easy to see once you’re in the woods. Congrats to Ruaufo1 for the FTF!!
