In order to find the values of z and p, go to the virtual stage and look to your right towards Sooke Road. On the building (same side of Sooke Road as you are), you will see some large letters painted on the building. The second letter of the first word on line two is z. The fourth letter of the first word of line two is p. Once you have substituted these values (typical a=1 etc), you are on your way to finding this cache.
