Wo? Neben dem bereits traditionellen Schrottwichtel-Stand auf dem Marktplatz in Halle (Saale).
An diesem Tag hat der Wintermarkt den ersten Tag geöffnet. Speis und Trank gibt es zu erwerben.Â
Wie funktiert das Schrottwichteln?An einem Stand kann ein (oder mehrere) uneingepackte(s) mitgebrachte(s) Geschenk(e) in ein anderes Geschenk eingetauscht werden. Die Person am Stand hat dabei das letzte Wort, wie getauscht werden darf. Alles, was übrig bleibt, wird am Ende des Wintermarkts für einen guten Zweck versteigert. Beim Event gibt es die Möglichkeit, Geocachern (m/w/d) zu begegnen und ins Gespräch zu kommen.
Sich in dem am Treffpunkt zur Event-Zeit vorhandenen Logbuch zu loggen, ist Ehrensache. ;) Loggt euch gern vorher mit „Will Attend“. :)
Jede/r (m/w/d) ist willkommen. Freue mich auf Geocacher, die „alte und bekannte Hasen“ hier sind und Geocacher, die neu bei unserem Hobby oder in der Stadt neu dabei sind - oder zu Besuch sind - sind herzlich willkommen.
Alles, wie immer, auf eigene Gefahr. Bitte hinterlasst, wie immer, keinen Müll.
Wer länger am Event-Ort bleiben möchte, dem/der steht es natürlich frei, denn es ist ein öffentlicher Ort. Der Eventcache findet aber nur innerhalb der angegebenen Uhrzeit statt.

Where? Next to the market stall for the traditional white elephant gift exchange at the winter market at the market place of Halle (Saale).
At the winter market you also find market stalls for drinks and food. It is the opening day of the winter market.
How does the white elephant gift exchange works? At the market stall for the white elephant gift exchange you can exchange an brought unwrapped gift for another gift. The person at the stall has the final decision about the exchange. At the end of the winter market in 2020 all remained gifts will be auctioned for a good cause.
Of course at the event you can meet other people practicing Geocaching and you can have a nice talk.
Please log your visit at the book at the meeting place. It would be nice to read your „will attend“ already previously.
Everyone is welcome. Looking forward to meeting the any cachers living in or visiting Halle (Saale) on that day :) , you will be warmly greeted.
Like always everything is on your own risk. Please don’t let waste at the meeting place.Â
The meeting place is a public place and everybody can stay there after the Geocaching event.Â
