Situated on Toongabbie creek, just behind the M7 sits 1st Balcome Heights Scouts. 1st Balcome Heights Scouts has Joeys on Mondays from 5:30 to 6:30, Cubs on Mondays from 6:45 to 8:15, Scouts on Fridays from 7:00 to 9:00 and Ventures on Mondays from 7:00-9:00.


Scouting is a worldwide movement founded by Baden-Powell, NSW Scouts has over 20,000 boys and girls and adults participating in events all year round, culminating in a Jamobree every 3 years.
