Geocache Description:

Deras hus i filmen låg bakom stentunen.

Through a Glass Darkly premiered in 1961 and it was this film that took Ingmar Bergman to Fårö. The film is about the author David (Gunnar Björnstrand), his mentally ill daughter Karin (Harriet Andersson), the son Minus (Lars Passgård) and the son-in-law Martin (Max von Sydow) and takes place during twenty-four intensive hours.

On the rocky beach below, the main characters walk out of the water in the beginning of the film. Their house in the film was behind the stone wall. The house was a backdrop and was torn down after the recording.
