Located just off the footpath running around the mountain just above popular fishing site of Llyn Ffridd-y-Bwlch, this site looks down the Ffestiniog Valley towards Porthmadog and clear views of the famous Blaenau Ffestiniog quarries that roofed a large section of the world with its high quality slate1. By walking further round the footpath, views towards Trawsfynydd are obtainable. A journey down the mountainside leads to the historic town of Blaenau Ffestiniog where there is a lot to see and do2.
