Coordinates will bring you to a parking area and a trailhead. The trail head is not needed for this cache, but you might want to use it to trek to some of the other caches in this area. The trail has been greatly improved recently, more like a road than a trail. You could use this one as a quick grab to keep a streak going.
Cache is in a common place. Muggles should be rare, except in cars going past.
