This cache is placed at a roadside memorial in memory of Joey Allen. I don't know anything about this gentleman or the nature of his passing. I am attempting to seek further information in that regard and would appreciate input if you have something to share.
I pass this spot regularly and have always been impressed by the care and upkeep of this memorial.
