this is placed by the suspension bridge going over the beaverkill on the hardenbugh side of the hardenburgh mongup trail the other end comes out in mongup pond state campground and takes you close to the top of mongup mountain on the way, there was stairs at one time going down the bank some are left use caution it is steep to go down to and slippery
