A perfect stop for a geocacher traveling between Reykjavik and Keflavik Airport. From the small parking lot follow the trail towards the bubbles of lava "Virkishólar" (e. Fortress Hills). Pass between the two most obvious ones to reveal a third behind. Find the highest ground in between the bubbles and you will see a sink hole, a natural depression in the landscape, where our cache rests.
