Oroville does not have a trackable hotel. I was asked by a few cachers to create a location where we could have a safe place to put trackables. Our muggler situation is quite bad throughout town. This cache was placed with permission from the head librarian. This should be a easy puzzle for kids. I wanted to make sure anyone can solve it. All clues are inside the Library, except the last clue. Stage 1 is simply a spot to stand and scope out clues. Some clues may be moved around throughout the day before getting placed back where they belong, so it is best to try and go by the clues and not the exact GPS coordinates. Most clues should stay permanent. However, there are 2 that might move from time to time if an event is going on. They will not be far from the exact location if they do move. You do not need a membership to the library for this cache. You need to "Checkout" this cache to log it!:)
