Dolga njiva

Planina Dolga njiva se nahaja na prostranih pašnih območjih pod Velikim Zvohom in Vrhom Korena. Planino, na kateri se nahajata dve manjši hiški, so pastirji poseljevali že v rimskih časih. V poletnem času je polna živine, predvsem konjev in ovc, ki se mirno pasejo na prostranih zelenih pašnih pobočjih. Slednje pogosto zapustijo planino in se pasejo na pobočjih Kalškega grebena. Na planini se lahko pohodnik okrepča s Studencom kreposti, kjer si vedno lahko nalije sveže pitne vode. Planina Dolga njiva je enostavno povedano čaroben kraj.

Studenec kreposti / Studenec kreposti spring

Dolga njiva mountain is located in vast grazing areas beneath the summits of Veliki Zvoh and Vrh Korena and it was inhabited by shepherds from the roman times. In the summertime the mountain is full of livestock, especially horses and sheeps, who are grazing peacefully on the vast green grazing slopes. They often leave the mountain and graze on the slopes of Kalški greben. There is a spring of fresh water on the mountain called Studenec kreposti (Spring of virtue), where a hiker can always pour fresh drinking water. Dolga njiva mountain is simply a magical place.

• 1h 35m: od Planinskega doma na Gospincu (lahka označena pot),
• 1h 50m: od Planine Jezerca, mimo Doma na Krvavcu (lahka označena pot).
