Dirty Rat Mystery Cache

The other morning,  I was setting up a new cache and decided that I better go and double check my coords to make sure everything was good.  As I went out to GZ,  I seen a rat take off with the cache!  I tried chasing him,  but it was no use,  he was a little more nimble than me.  Well,  little did he know that I added secret technology to track the location of the cache.  

In order to find this cache,  you will need a "Chirp" enabled device.  The coords above will bring you to the wireless beacon's signal.  Once you have detected and downloaded the message,  simply view for further instructions and the location of the final cache. 

Please note: "Chirp" tends to be a little glitchy sometimes. If you do not get the wireless beacon's signal, please try powering your device off and back on again.  Also,  make sure you have enabled the Chirp sensor on your device.  If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message.
