This cache is dedicated to all of the geocaching tourists out there that have chosen to visit our beautiful island (but I’d be happy for the local cachers to give it a go too).
Find 10 of the 25 places of interest located all over Jersey to unlock the cache. Just think like a tourist and get going! There’s just one small problem … You don’t know where they are. Simply visit the sites as any tourist would and when you think that you might be at a place of interest open the cartridge to have a check or leave it running as you wander around.
You can start your site-seeing tour of the island wherever you like - there is no need to worry about tackling them in a particular order. Please be advised that the hiding place of the cache itself will not be far from the published co-ordinates.
To play along you will need a mobile device (smartphone) that can play Wherigo cartridges. Click here to download the I ❤️ Jersey cartridge. Please make sure that you are running the latest version as corrections and updates are made from time to time. The current version is 1.1 (August 2019).
The cartridge auto-saves after every find and so if you want to, you can switch it off and return to it whenever you like.
