Geocache Description:

We decided to hide some caches while out kayaking. Hopefully this series will grow as we find more locations (and find the time) to hide.

To continue our theme of "a little help from our friends," we hid this one with The jeremyjames1000 in mind, which we just friended.

Of course this is open to all cachers.  We need more caches around and in the lake!

This cache required some scrambling up a steep incline. The climb today was about 10 ft from the water (and the water is currently at an elevation of 1127). The water level can change, and so can conditions.  Please have an anchor or tie off ready for your boat. Or even another cacher to supervise your boat. You do not have to attempt this cache! For what it is worth, I made the climb in my flip flops.  Others might not feel as comfortable.

Our location was bouncing quite a bit, so we are including a pic of the area where the cache is located.

We are including a waypoint for a boat ramp that is close to the cache location.  Pool's open, happy caching!

NOTE: Permission for the placement of this geocache has been provided by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Beaver Lake Project Office.
