The Sule Pagoda is a Burmese stupa located in the heart of downtown Yangon, occupying the centre of the city and an important space in contemporary Burmese politics, ideology and geography. According to legend, it was built before the Shwedagon Pagoda during the time of the Buddha, making it more than 2,600 years old. Burmese legend states that the site for the Shwedagon Pagoda was asked to be revealed from an old nat who resided at the place where the Sule Pagoda now stands. (Source: Wikipedia)

The geocache is located on the footbridge north of Sule Pagoda. There are muggles around at most times of the day, so please use stealth and either take a photo or pretend to take a photo of Sule Pagoda while searching for the cache. The young monk in the photo above is standing at the exact geocache location, by the way.
Better photos for the tourists can be taken from the southern side of the footbridge though, closer to the pagoda.
Coordinates can jump due to the high-rise buildings nearby and the metal bridge itself. Use the spoiler photo and the hint before getting your hands dirty and people looking at you.
