This geocache takes you on a wandering up-hill walk as part of the Saint's Road - Cosán na Naomh. This walking route is a beautiful old pilgrimage road, which ends at the foot of Mount Brandon. This cache covers a small section of the route, giving you a glimpse of some of the spectalar views of the peninsula. From the car park area outside Kilkalkeadar church, follow up the hill past St Brendan's House, following the easy to spot makers (black posts with yellow figure). You will cross a number of styles taking you over the stone walls, crossing through fields. Most of the pathway has a clear pathway with stones underfoot - although this can be boggy and soggy at times. The terrain is un-even and it is a moderate up-hill climb.
