Geocache Description:


Major Curtis was a 2006 puzzle cache (GCZ9EG). He fufulled his mission, retired from the USAF July,2019 after 13 years and is now on special assignments. He may pop up in a jungle near you?

This simple cache is near the location of his famous top secret flight in 2006 where he bailed out of his F-117 stealth fighter.

23:40:03 “Mayday, Mayday! This is Major Curtis do you copy?”

23:40:12 Air Traffic Controller - “We copy Major Curtis, What's your status?”

23:40:18 Major Curtis - “This is an emergency, engine trouble, its hard to hold."

23:40:22 Air Traffic Controller - "We copy Major, but you are not on our radar screen"?
