Arvon Childrens' Park Traditional Cache

Fledermaus: To squelch those who have advocated the termination of this cache, I will do so. However, not all the facts are known by those who have complained, and shall, from this day forward, be my secret.

As for the Bremerton Parks & Recreation Dept. re-opening this park during the winter season of 2012, THIS is highly doubtful. If it were to be opened at all, it would not be opened until the Spring of 2013.

This cache is located in a small postage-stamp size neighborhood park and is only available during the Spring and Summer seasons. If you go at any other time, you'll probably find the gate closed and locked!
~~~ Do Not Climb Over The Fence! ~~~

~ NO BUSHWHACKING ALLOWED! ~
WP-1:  N47° 34.510' @ W122° 38.861' - PARKING.
          This park is located on Arvon Ave. and it completely fenced off with a gate. It is usually Closed and Locked from Dusk to Dawn.  I recommend going to this park during Daylight Hours, perhaps between 10AM to 5PM.
          This is a very small neighborhood park and it is surrounded by several adjacent houses.  So, please be very descrete, especially when there are adults and/or children within and around this park.
          The Bremerton's Parks & Recreation Dept. has had serious budget cuts, which affects the several smaller parks and this park is one of them. Therefore, you will have to take your chances that this park is open when you get there.
