This is an easy La Crescent cache with parking close by. What a nice town to visit!
The container is a very small, shiny bison tube on city property. The owner of a nearby La Crescent business is aware of the cache and will not be concerned about "suspicious behavior" as you search. Although it is a level area, it is not paved and will be harder to get to in winter. It is probably not wheelchair accessible after it snows.
