The cache is located near Moshav Hemad, which is next to Bait Dagan, and not far from Or Yehuda. Road 412 leads to the experimental station, which belongs to the Agricultural Research Administration, which is part of the ministry of agriculture and development. Most people are unfamiliar with the farm and do not know of its existence, even though it has been around since the 1960's. The experimental station operates on several hundreds of dunams of land, between the religious moshavim Hemed and Safariya. Its research mostly focuses on vegetable crops of various types.
The farm is fenced in all sides with the entrance gate on the northern side of the farm, about 150 meters east of the road. Next to it is a "ministry of agriculture" sign. The campus houses tall palm trees and about 15 buildings, sheds, warehouses, a tractor garage, and offices. Some of them have been abandoned for several years, and fragments of asbestos roofs can be seen strewn about.
