Vest Park / Kermit City Park

This was one of my first caches, and replaced a few times and I let it get archived. I'm going to be more attentive to it now. I grew up calling this Vest Park, but the official name is Kermit City Park. I'm usually nearby due to the EMS station being just down the street. If I'm working you may be able to get to discover a TB sticker on the back of my truck. Parks are usually high muggle areas so please be stealthy. Enjoy the smiley.
