SuperFloat on Blue River Event Cache

Come join us for our first published float event on a 3 mile stretch of Blue River.  That's right, after some persistence with the IDNR we managed to get some caches placed on the Blue River located just outside Corydon, IN.  The event will held at the posted coordinates and will run from 8:30am-9:00am.  Try to get your butt out of bed and get there a little early so we can all unload and get a group photo.  Please do not park any cars at the take out since there is only room for a few cars.  We will provide a shuttle for you and your kayak (Thanks Sequoia) back to the Event location.  Please be patient as it’s only a 5 minute drive back to your car.  We will not be providing snacks so please bring snacks if you think you will get hungry.  ***PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS LITTLE TO NO CELL PHONE SERVICE IN THIS AREA SO IF YOU CACHE WITH YOUR PHONE PLEASE SAVE THEM OFFLINE BEFORE HAND***.  The take out coordinates are posted below labeled “Bridge”.  This float should only take around 2.5-3 hours so you should be back to your car by noon if everything runs smooth. More details to come
