Welcome to Lonngren Pass -Elevation 47 Feet Above Sea Level.
The pass was named after George Lonngren, who died in 2006, the day after his 89th birthday. Lonngren Pass was intended (according to John Larson with the Polson Museum) as a truck route, but due to declining forestry work the pass never saw the expected traffic. It is still a great connector road between WA 101 and WA 109.
