Geocache Description:


You must gather supplies if you are to explore the Haunted House on the edge of town. It's probably safe to say there's no electricity running in the Haunted House. You better bring your own light source. The posted coordinates may have one for you. Find it under the downed log. It opens up to reveal the location of the next stage. The last stage will have the logbook for you to sign along with the code to unlock the inventory item in the wherigo. You're in for a nice walk.


There is a house in town that everyone knows but only few speak of, and even then only around this time of year. It's usually stated that the old abandoned house is more than that. This silhouette of another time, people say, does not suffer fools. All know that the place has a terrible curse on it. Spectres have been seen in the windows and on some dreary nights, the overgrown garden. Those that have ventured close to the property have reported a chilling feel in their bones. Most have paid heed to the warning and left. No one slights them for it. The minute few who have thought themselves brave enough to enter, the old women in town tell, have not been seen again.

Do you consider yourself of courageous mettle? You shouldn't. It's not bravery you have but stupidity. You're best not to dwell on the idea again.
