This cache is along a side trail that connects the split to Little Split Cove. The trail is much less used than the main trail leading to the split. Expect deadfalls....
...AND REMEMBER YOU'RE CLOSE TO A STEEP CLIFF!!
If you are aware of your surroundings and careful (and OK with heights) then there's no cause for alarm.
Cache is on the non-cliff (north) side of the trail. The cache is in a section of the trail that is not close to the cliff.
There's a great view of Little Split Cove nearby. Did I mention the steep cliff? It's probably 30m straight down to the beach from here. Terrain rating is a 4 because the trail is rough in spots and caution needed because of dropoffs nearby.
