This is second of three Geocaches we have placed around a circular walk in the Burton on Trent Washlands. This one is located in a place with a really nice view out across the River Trent.
Located near to the information board next to the Trent side river walk. If you find the notice board, have a read as the information is well written and interesting.
As the name suggests, the Trent Washlands lie on the flood plain of the River Trent, close to Burton upon Trent. East Staffordshire Borough Council manages the site to provide an area of open space for wildlife and recreation. The Washlands provide a variety of habitats for a range of wildlife.
