Public libraries are the heartbeat of a community. That is especially true here in Cairo, (pronounced K-Row), where our library isn't just a place to check out books, it is a real community center! As such, you will have to be stealthy to avoid the muggles! This is a multi-cache. The first part of the cache is a clue that will lead you to the main cache. Wessie Connell was Cairo's first librarian and a true leader.
