Pierwszym obrazem do znalezienia będzie monumentalne dzieło polskiego malarza historycznego XIX wieku, Jana Matejki. The first painting to be found will be a monumental work by 19th century Polish history painter Jan Matejko. The Battle of Grunwald (Tannenberg) measures 426 by 987 cm, making it the largest canvas in the museum's collection. The painting depicts the climax of one of the most important battles in the history of Poland, which lasted from the morning until the evening of July 15, 1410, and ended in a decisive victory of the Polish-Lithuanian forces over the army of the Teutonic Order. Drugim obrazem do znalezienia będzie dzieło weneckiego mistrza weduty, nadwornego malarza króla Stanisława Augusta Poniatowskiego - Bernarda Bellotta, znanego jako Canaletto. The second painting to find will be that of the Venetian master of veduta, court painter to King Stanislaus Augustus Poniatowski - Bernardo Bellotto, known as Canaletto. Canaletto's numerous cityscapes were used to rebuild Warsaw after World War II - so one may say that his paintings were translated into reality. The fourth and last painting you need to find is the newest of these four - created already in the 20th century, belonging to the Young Poland movement. Jozef Mehoffer's Strange Garden is an idyll, its setting being an orchard full of ripe apples and colorful flowers in the village of Sielec near Krakow, its subjects - the artist's wife, Jadwiga, in a sapphire dress, and their naked son holding large red mallows in both hands, and the only element incongruous with the surroundings - a huge dragonfly. This one element introduces anxiety into the painting and places it in the symbolism trend characteristic of the period.
