Hello Everyone,
Come and embrace the Halloween spirit with Heath so bring along the kids, and the dogs if you like, and enjoy a fun, relaxing evening. This park has a wonderful newly rebuilt playground with ample shade, picnic table seating, basketball court, sufficient on street parking, high frequency bus stops located nearby, public toilets just a few minutes walk away, and even a cache close by just waiting to be found.
We know you really like having fun so we will be providing you with the following Halloween themed games, suitable for all ages:
- Apple Bobbing competition.
- Trick or Treating in the Local neighbourhood.
- Best dressed costume competition.
- Pumpkin Carving.
- Tug of war competition between the North and the South.
We know you have been working or studying all day so we will provide you with the following refreshments, suitable for all ages:
- An assortment of hot party foods.
- An assortment of cold snack foods.
- A selection of soft drinks.
- A selection of fruit juices.
Last year we had around 30 people attend over the space of just a few hours plus our event was awarded silver, at the Geocaching Society of South Australia annual awards so lets see if we can beat that this year so be sure to sign our log book. Keep in mind that, while staying and playing is encouraged, claiming the smiley does not require you to either stay for the entire time or participate in any activities if you do not want to.
