This is a 2 stage multi located by the Rockwood Rest Stop along Hiway 7.
At the posted coords is a memorial to an unidentified lady who was found dead in the nearby forest on August 28, 2005. There is still a reward out for anyone who can identify her.
On the ground is a stone with 7 lines of text and at the end of a 5 digit number. A = the 5 digit number divided by 1000.
On the backrest of the bench is an information panel in plastic. B = count the number of all uppercase english words and divide by 1000. (Ie, words that are spelled out in all uppercase letters, not words that only begin with an uppercase letter. There's less than 10).
North coordinates = N43 21.581 + A

The final coordinates will bring you to the location of where the home once stood of where the Willoughby Tragedy took place in February 1871. A farmer murdered his wife over a glass of water.
